After substructure geometry is completed in LEAP Bridge Steel, piers and abutments can be sent to Substructure via the Substructure Design/Analysis dialog in LEAP Bridge Steel. A majority of the other Substructure features will be available for use, however, certain limitations apply as follows:

• Changes to geometry cannot be made in Substructure; examples:
  • Column size.
  • Column spacing.
  • Cap size.
  • Skew angle.
  • Pier/abutment elevations, etc.
  • Bearings layout.
• Pile Bents and Struts are not supported since they are not yet available in LEAP Bridge Steel.
• File Open/Save of *.lbc file.
• SI Units (Metric).
